A look at our current leadership team.

John A. Zublin – RW Martin Inc. President/DAR

Mr. John Zublin provides management of all RWMI operations.  His experience comes from over 20 years of developing aircraft modifications and hands-on project management following a decade of working as an engineer with business management responsibilities.  Mr. Zublin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University Northridge with appropriate graduate studies at University of Alaska MBA School, as well as applicable FAA flight and technician certifications, including being appointed as a Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR) since 1997.  Mr. Zublin has been instrumental in the development of various STC’s for the Twin Otter aircraft including the installation of large picture windows, wing service life extension, re-engine, and various provisions for increased weight capabilities. 

Stanley R. Fisher – Vice President/DER

Mr. Fisher has served as president of RWMI’s sister company Total Aircraft Services, Inc. (TAS) since inception in 1992 and also serves as the Vice President of RWMI.  His responsibilities cover overall management coordination for all of RWMI’s projects.  This requires establishment of sales goals, identification of target markets and overall guidance to company philosophies and business models.  Mr. Fisher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and has been a Designated Engineering Representative (DER) by the FAA since 1989.

Naras "Bo" Alksninis – Director of Marketing

Mr. Alksninis is RWMI’s Director of Marketing.  His responsibilities include new business development, coordination of the company’s sales & customer service personnel and resource management for new market expansion.  He coordinates with existing and potential customers to cultivate projects and provides support during concept implementation as well as management of special engineering projects.  A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering, he is responsible for building on RWMI’s successes.
